Let's find your dream home

"We have bought and sold a house with Erik and it was a great experience both times. It was our first time buying and selling and he answered all our silly, rookie questions while helping us decide what would be a good fit for us. He is very knowledgeable about the local areas and real estate in general. I would definitely recommend using him as your realtor!"

"Erik helped us sell our investment property. He is great to work with. Prompt to reply to texts, emails and phone calls. Very knowledgeable about real estate in Central Ohio. He is also honest and transparent. You will be very happy having Erik represent you as a buyer or a seller."

"We highly recommend Erik Hiss. His knowledge of the Westerville and Columbus markets enabled us to have a very competitive showing. He has excellent knowledge of the financials involved in selling a home, costs we were responsible for, percentage of profit we could expect after all of the costs etc. Erik took excellent care of us keeping us informed and answering all of our questions. We will have him represent us again when it is time for us to buy another home."

"I’ve been a real estate investor since 2006 and have worked with a number of agents across multiple markets; Erik has been my go to agent in Central Ohio for the past 7 years. He’s awesome to work with and is always accessible, has strong knowledge of the various local markets and different property classes, and most importantly has the ability to effectively negotiate on my behalf and bring deals across the finish line that meet my goals (e.g. timing, value, etc.)."

"Working with Erik made home buying easy and enjoyable. As first-time homeowners, we entered the market with millions of questions and Erik was patient and thorough when answering them. When discussing pros and cons of homes, Erik was consistently honest and asked for our feedback throughout the process and used our preferences to find us a home that was a perfect match for our needs. Although we love our home, we were sad that the process was over meaning we would no longer be working with Erik."
